It seems that you are having trouble using the trash basket and flag icon in Outlook. This could be due to a glitch or bug in the software. One thing you could try is to repair your Outlook installation. To do this, go to the Control Panel, select Programs and Features, find Microsoft Office in the list of installed programs, and select Change.
