Increasing TPM for 4-Vision

AOAI document states that the TPM for 4-Vision has been updated from 10k to 30k, but I cannot increase the quota to more than 10k in the AOAI-Playground-Deployment. Is this a bug in the Playground UI or have not actually increased the 4-Vision TPM to 30k?
