I have problems accessing the address https://nfe.fazenda.sp.gov.br/ws/nfestatusservico4.asmx, I have two VMs, one accesses normally, the other does not find the address, both are in the same region and network. The problem started in the last 12 hours, before everything worked correctly, no changes or updates were made. Any Ideia?

I understand that you have 2 VMs and only one of them is able to access your site https://nfe.fazenda.sp.gov.br/ws/nfestatusservico4.asmx.
- Can you please elaborate on what do you mean by "does not find the address"?
- Do you own the site "https://nfe.fazenda.sp.gov.br/ws/nfestatusservico4.asmx." or is it from a 3rd party?
- When I tried to access the same site from an Azure VM, the site asked for client verification.
- Is that an expected behavior?
- What error are you seeing in the problematic VM?
- Please share the screenshot.
- In the problematic VM, open CMD and run the below and share the results
- nslookup nfe.fazenda.sp.gov.br
- nslookup nfe.fazenda.sp.gov.br 8.8.8.8
- nslookup nfe.fazenda.sp.gov.br 168.63.129.16
- In the problematic VM, open Powershell and run the below and share the results
- tnc nfe.fazenda.sp.gov.br -p 443
