.NET Framework 4.6.2 on Exchange 2019 Server

I have a signature application that requires .NET Framework 4.6.2. The server is 2019 operating system. Exchange 2019 is installed on the server. .NET Framework 4.7 is installed on the server. I do not see the NET Framework 4.6.2 download for the 2019. Is there a download for 2019? Thanks.

    If your operating system is Windows Server 2019 you could not downgrade to 4.6.2.

    Windows Server 2019 and .NET Framework 4.6.2 support

    Downgrade .NET 4.7 to 4.6

    .NET Framework 4.6.2 is compatible with Windows Server 2019. However, Microsoft regularly releases updates and new versions so that newer versions may be available. __
