I need to remove a hackers email from my account, but they're abusing the 30 day security restriction and keep resetting my passwords, can you remove the hackers email from my account?
my microsoft account was taken from me by a hacker about a year ago, i finally managed to recover it as i found my Xbox 360 in order to verify the console ID as the recovery form required. however after getting into my account the hacker had already removed all my old contact info and when i tried to remove the hackers email i got the message saying it takes 30 days to change security info. which i understand, but here's the problem.
The hackers email is my "current security info" meaning the hacker: "@rambler.ru" gets notified anytime i make a change, and just changes it back or cancels my request to change security info and changes the password, meaning i have to do the recovery form all over again. MY accounts email was "@gmail.com", NOT "******@rambler.ru". i just want my account back. I can provide my console ID here if necessary.
is their any other way around this? because if i try calling support it just seems to send me back online which doesnt help since the hacker has changed my alias, and microsoft is treating MY account as though it belongs to the HACKER. this is getting ridiculous. i really need help, thanks.
