I checked-in for my AZ-900 exam but video streaming wasn't working so won't be able to attempt the exam. I want to reschedule it or if not possible want to refund the fee.

Hi , I checked-in to my exam but video streaming was giving error because of which I could not attempt my exam. Now I want to reschedule exam or if not possible want a refund. Kindly assist me in this regard.
