I bought this laptop from the pawn shop and am having issue activating windows. it tells me to enter product key and i haventthe slightest idea what that is. I cant do things like personalize my laptop are anything. Can some assit me with removing Winows Enterprise?

Hi Lakisha Hall,

If you don't have a product key and want to uninstall the current Windows, please prepare an installation media and perform a clean install with it. You can simply format the disk during the installation to remove the old Windows. If you have personal data and files that you want to save, back them up to an external hard drive, USB thumb drive, SD card, or cloud location (such as OneDrive) before you begin to reinstall Windows 10.
