I have attended Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals during the free exam certification time and I got the discount email on 15 December, 2022.

And due to some personal reasons I haven't scheduled the exam and I haven't used my free exam certification. Now I want to use the free exam certificate offer. So please guide me how to write the exam with free of cost using my free attended session.

I have tried to book a slot for the exam but I am not getting any discount, I am getting the below the message:
"
No discounts available for this email address. If you have attended an event that provides an exam offer, please check the terms of the offer. Some events may require at least 4 business days following the event to record eligibility. In addition, your organization may not be elegible for exams discounts." Please help me to get the discount.
