How does organizer admit people waiting in the lobby using their phone?

Scenario: all participants, including organizer, join Teams meeting over the phone (no computer access). How does organizer admit people in the lobby using their phone? I tried on two phones, one as organizer and one as participant. There were no command announcements as organizer to admit people in lobby.

You can try to find if you can see the people waiting in the lobby in your participant list icon.

If you are the meeting organizer, you can also decide who gets into your meetings directly, and who should wait for someone to let them in. For more details, you can learn it from:
