average grades not working on new teams

Hi my average grades seem to be glitching on the new teams - I use these for all my student reports and need this to be fixed ASAP as it is report week. One class just isn't showing the averages and another is not updating them with newly added scores. I am receiving an error message asking to retry or try later

    Based on our research, there are a few possible solutions that you can try:

    • Check and update if the Teams is the latest version.
    • Clear the Teams cache from your device.
    • If you’re using the Teams desktop or mobile app, try using the web version: https://teams.microsoft.com/.
    • Export the grades to Excel and use formulas to calculate the averages.

    Otherwise, New Teams currently has a few features that aren't perfect, and as an alternative solution you can switch back to old Teams if you need to. Hope the above information is helpful for you!
