WOPI - Addin not starting -AddinCommandsActivationError

When trying to use an Addin in O365 through WOPI integration we receive the following error: ULS tag_bc4y5: AddinCommandsActivationError : error code 1062 and the addin is not started. The error happens after the user acknowledges that they trust Add-in.

The environment where we are trying to use the adding is a test environment using the following discovery URL: https://ffc-onenote.officeapps.live.com/hosting/discovery

The Addin in question is: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/WA104379465?tab=Overview We could not find any suggestions how to get over this error and would need guidance how to get rid of this error. WOPI_Error_While_Satrting_Addin
