Dear Microsoft Support Team,   I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I am currently experiencing difficulties accessing my work/school account of Microsoft office 365, and I am seeking urgent assistance to resolve this issue. I have lost my authenticator app without backup and have not added the recovered email. When attempting to log in, I encounter the Microsoft Authenticator app login code, but I don’t have the Authenticator app. Despite several attempts, I have been unsuccessful in gaining access to my account. To provide you with more context, my account details are as follows: Username/Email address: [ ******@rehmansubhutta.onmicrosoft.com] Organization/School: [THECUVAS] Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your prompt response.   Best regards, Rehman SU ******@outlook.com

    Hi @Shafeeq ur Rehman

Unfortunately, if the backup does not work, the only solution is to contact your Admin if you are using Azure to initialize MFA on your account. Concerning other accounts in authenticator, you must try the recovery procedures provided by application support.

    Hi @Shafeeq ur Rehman

Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams troubleshooting. According to your description, your question is related to Microsoft Authenticator, which is not in our support scope. The following suggestion is just for your reference:

You can fill out the Microsoft Account Recovery form to prove that you are the owner of the account. Then you can recover the account that way. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/help-with-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42

If you have other recovery options set up and can access https://myapps.microsoft.com/ , you can re-add the authenticator (and other authentication methods) on that page.
