Unable to download AZ-400 Exam Certitificate even after passing the exam

Hello Team, I am unable to view or download my AZ-400 exam certificate. Though I have passed the exam, it is still not showing the exam certificate. Score Report is visible but not certificate.

    Hi,

    Do you also have at least one of the required prerequisite certifications, Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) in addition to passing AZ-400 exam? If not you will need to pass one of those exams in order to earn Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert certification.
