    https://youtu.be/3pgFqHEDsqw?si=cg16ldTOoY7qXxvt If you have multiple accounts already it might help to log in as Incognito/In Private browser and create a new account. Note that once you created the account (as is shown in the video) you need to login using the created Admin Account for the sandbox. In short, use your MSA (LiveID) Account to create the M365 Account, and use the Admin Account (Work Account) to continue to work with the Developer Environment.
