All of the sudden I am getting the following message:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:	prueba
      Sent:	31/01/2024 9:30

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

      ******@chimicron.com on 
            The recipient has been deleted or has no email address.


I can receive emails, but cannot send any. It doesn't matter if it has an attachment or if it doesn't. And it happens with every single email address I've tried with.

    For better research, please provide more details about this case:

    Do other users in the organization have the same problem?

    What is your account type (POP/IMAP/Exchange)?

    What is your Outlook client version? Please make sure to update to the latest version.

    There are many reasons for this problem, try the following possible solutions:

    • Use OWA to send an email to see if the problem persists.
    • Please try to run “outlook /safe” in the Run to start outlook as safe mode, to avoid interference from third-party Add-ins.
    • Repair Outlook program.
    • If the above methods don't help, try creating a new profile to check if there are any differences.

    Is this a quickstep you have created? If so then there lie the issue. send a normal email to the person and test, if the normal email works then the issue is with the quickstep.
