Access to old Microsoft certified professionel Transcripts

Question

Hi, Maybe not the right place to ask - anyhow: I am trying to find my the old Microsoft certified professionel transcripts.
Original the transcript had the ID: 948796 and email connected to this were ******@hp.com or ******@hpe.com. Since I have left HPE these two email addresses are no longer valid. I am using my private email by now - ******@mail.com. Who to get access to this transcript again? BR Torben Nielsen email: ******@mail.dk phone: +45 3127 1425
