Unable to disconnect account from Entra domain

I am unable to disconnect from Entra on a MS Surface Pro running Win 11. I put in the local admin info but it says it didn't work. The info is correct, I created another local admin and that fails as well.

    Issue:

    Solution:

    you have discovered that renaming the tablet to its original name allowed you to disconnect from the Entra Domain
