Per my understanding, the issue occurs after you finish the migration. It could probably be due to the default list view lookup threshold set in the new web application.
Workflow status columns are lookup columns, and so are people columns. If you haven't changed the settings, the default should be 12. As you have totally 16 lookup columns, it has exceeded the limit.
You could go to Central Administration > Application Management > Manage Web Application > Your Web Application > General Settings > Resource Throttling to change the list view threshold. However I would suggest that do not set this value too large, it is best to control it below 30, if it is too large, it may affect performance.
