After Migration look up column warning message for the list

This is lab upgrade testing, taken from 2010 prod to 2016 lab using db migration method. below is the message from end user and for me when try to open the list in 2016 lab.
But we don't see any such warning message in 2010 prod. Please help why there is difference and what we need to do in 2016 lab now to fix this? Please help.

    @sns ,
    Per my understanding, the issue occurs after you finish the migration. It could probably be due to the default list view lookup threshold set in the new web application.

    Workflow status columns are lookup columns, and so are people columns. If you haven't changed the settings, the default should be 12. As you have totally 16 lookup columns, it has exceeded the limit.

    You could go to Central Administration > Application Management > Manage Web Application > Your Web Application > General Settings > Resource Throttling to change the list view threshold. However I would suggest that do not set this value too large, it is best to control it below 30, if it is too large, it may affect performance.
