Undo the automatic removal of a meeting request along with its attachments once it was clicked to be accepted

Everytime I receive a outlook email for a meeting request, once I click "accept", the email will be automatically removed into "deleted items". I don't want this automatic removal. How can I cancel the automatic transfer and make them stay in my inbox?

Go to File -> Options -> Mail -> Send messages -> toggle "Delete meeting requests and notifications from Inbox after responding" to off.

Agree with michev, I have tested on my Outlook and it work for me, it's suggested to change your setting by the steps above to check.

Is there a similar setting in the browser version of outlook? and how would one find it?

When there is no outlook App but it happens in outlook webmail, this solution is not applicable.
