How to edit the local users and groups in the GPO Preferences using scripts?

Question

Hi, I am looking for an automated process available to edit the local users and groups in the GPO. If the members may be converted, or we’ll have to add in based on the following details.

4-Servers <type> <site> Policy – delete old entries in local users and groups, and add CORP<site>-SVR-<type>-Admins as Administrator in the GPO
4-Wksn <type> <site> Policy – delete old entries in local users and groups, and add CORP<site>-Wksn-<type>-Admins as Administrator in the GPO
