Unable to access invoices for my subscription

I can't access invoices for my subscription. The option is not even there in the menu.

I'm the owner of the subscription, but still lacks a lot of options and menus.

Whenever I try to view or edit some settings for my subscription, I don't have access.

I have tried opening a support request through the Azure portal, but I always end up in "Search for invoice or contact support". I can't search for an invoice as I have no clue about the invoice number. If I instead click on "contact support", I'm just ending up in the same search box again.

How come I can't access my subscription properly when I'm the owner, and how come it's impossible to get in touch with Azure support? Is it a requirment to pay for support to properly manage my invoices?
