It is said that we are required to present a current government-issued form of ID. So my query is can we use our Aadhaar card or Pan card issued by government for verification process.
Aadhaar is a 12 digit individual identification number issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India on behalf of the Government of India. The number serves as a proof of identity and address, anywhere in India.

What is the exact problem?
The things you referred in your post are required for individual authentication or identification in India but that's a different thing...what software application related problem are you facing?
