- Ensure sure that you have the necessary permissions to access Cost Management in your Azure subscription. You need to have the "Cost Management Contributor" or "Owner" role assigned to your account to access Cost Management. You can check your role assignments in the Azure portal.
- Sometimes, Azure services can experience outages or disruptions that can affect the availability of Cost Management. I have checked the status page and can confirm that there are no outages at this moment.
- If you are still unable to access Cost Management in the admin.microsoft.com portal, try opening it in the Azure portal instead. You can access the Azure portal by going to portal.azure.com and signing in with your Azure account credentials.
