I have a guestaccount for Microsoft teams. I logged in using my authenticater app in which the guest account was added. Then i got a new phone. But the account could not be transfered to my new phone. I therefore tried to delete the account in the authenticater app. I also deletet cachefiles on my work computer. But it seems like it still thinks i have a registreret account in the authenticate app, since i cant add the account again, it keeps sending me codes to check in the app which i cant see because i dont have the account registrered i the app anymore. What can i do? I cant log in to the guest account since i dont have a password. How can i start over whith the guest account and the authenticater app?

Hi You should ask your administrator to reset your MFA registration to be able to add again your account to Microsoft authenticator.

    Hi @Diana Skovgårds

Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams troubleshooting. According to your description, your question is related to Microsoft Authenticator, which is not in our support scope. The following suggestion is just for your reference:

Please go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com and under security and info you can manage log in verification methods. just delete Microsoft authenticator as an option and then re add it.
