Hello,

I'm attempting to convert a Word document containing images into a PDF, but the images are not exporting in high resolution. I've adjusted the image settings to "High Resolution" and selected "Do Not Compress" in the Advanced settings. However, when I tried to export it, I noticed that the "High Fidelity" option in the "Save As" dialog box, under "Tools," was grayed out and unselectable. Please advise if there are any solutions to this problem.
