Unable to get certificate

Dear Support, I completed my azure certificate on "Azure Administrator Associate certification" on 17-DEC-2023. I have got mail related to it but I am not able to download it in my "Learn Profile". My Microsoft certification ID: 996035787. I am not able to download my certificate. Please assist. Regads,
