I have a user who is gettng the following error message when trying to login: The endpoint only accepts POST requests. Received a GET request.

Please help! I have a user who is unable to login and getting an error as described above. The user does not want to download authenticator app and I have changed the settings so it is not required. Why does teams have to be SOOOOO difficult? It has So much potential! She is using the credentials provided by me with email userid and teams generated password on office.com. She is unable to access the platform.

I understand your frustration. It's possible that the user's account has been locked due to too many failed login attempts or that the password has expired. I would suggest resetting the user's password and ensuring that the user is using the correct email address and password to log in. If the issue persists, you may need to check the user's account settings to ensure that they have the necessary permissions to access Teams.
