Not getting completion certificate even after completing all modules.

Question

I completed all 13 modules in the Azure AI Fundamentals 30 day challenge. However, it displays 13/15 modules completed. The thing is, there are only 13 modules, all of which were completed. How do I solve this and get the completion certificate>
