As you mentioned about $0.075/hour, I presume you are referring to Azure App Service Basic tier (B1).
To get a more accurate estimate of your costs, you can use the Azure pricing calculator to estimate the costs for the specific services and usage patterns that you anticipate. You can also monitor your usage and costs in the Azure portal to ensure that you are staying within your budget.

However, this is under the assumption that the service is running continuously for the entire month. If you only use the service for a portion of the day or turn it off when not in use, your costs would be lower. Also, note that this pricing only covers the base resources for the App Service plan, such as the underlying compute.
