How to connect Azure Data Factory to a cross tenant azure devops repository

Hi,

I am trying to enable source control and CI/CD for my team’s Azure Data Factory pipelines. As part of this work, I need to link our data factory in one tenant to our Azure dev ops repository in another tenant.

The problem is that our ADF is created in AME tenant while the Azure dev ops repository is located in Microsoft tenant. When I try to login with msft account while connecting the dev ops repo, it say "User does not have access to the resource". Also, according to the compliance and security policies, we can't have standing corp access to our resources in AME like data factory.

Is this scenario possible? How can I get this setup done?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks @Manish Patel for your patience. I got confirmation from Product team that it is not possible to specify tenant information while connecting to Azure DevOps repository from ADF. One workaround I can think of but not sure is to create an GIT Repository that can be shared permissions with both the tenants.

I would recommend to submit an idea in feedback forum that will be closely monitored by ADF Product team and implemented in future releases.

    Hope this helps!
