How can I reactivate the phone link in Authenticator

Question

The following happens in my new android phone.

1. I open the authenticator app.
2. Click on an account 3, Gets a "Reactivate phone login" message 4 Click on the link.
3. Brings up a picture Microsoft log in and click on send message
4. Gets a "check authenticator" message
5. Do so and get a new message "Your screen lock has been changed configure" 8, Clicks the link and comes back to point three, and so I can go on until hell freezes over but still just loop around P7 p3. P7. p3
