No confirmation after passing Azure AI Fundamentals exam

Dear Support, I completed the Azure AI Fundamentals Exam successfully, but did not receive a confirmation E-Mail. The Certification is also not visible in the MyLearn portal. Many Thanks, Best regards, Kevin
