,promotion from DEV to UAT not able to migrate column Id ,need to change that to ID (capital)

In my migration of Azure Database table from one environment to another , not able to migrate table with column like 'Id' instead need to make column 'ID' to clear that issue , please suggest potential reason for same ?

As I understand, you are trying to promote from DEV to UAT not able to migrate column Id.
Could you please share more information on how are you trying to perform this migration, what Azure Services are you using, which documentation steps you are following, at what step you got the issue?
