What is wrong with this DISTINCT select statement?

I'm not sure why my SELECT statement with DISTINCT still shows duplicate. Any suggestion is appreciated. User's image

How do I modify my select statement so that it's DISTINCT based on the "name" and not "DbName"? If the "name" is the same then only return one row.

Just remove the db_name(...) from the select statement then.

Just by a screenshot with obfused content no one can guess. What I can say is: DBName is different, so no duplicates.

Thanks for the suggestion. How do I get unique rows based on the "name" and not "DbName"? Basically I want to query all unique expiring TDE certificates based on a certain amount of days...in these example, 1800 days.
