How to download Microsoft certificate by using Microsoft ID not by using credentials

Hi,
Recently passed Microsoft az-104 Certification, But I forgot the credentials from where i register to write the exam of it. I received a mail to my Gmail account that I passed the exam but i unable to login the account by using the Gmail . I'm having the Microsoft ID, is there any possibility to download by using it or is there any process to find my credentials?
I reached out to support team who conducted the Microsoft Exam but no use. They said, they are not responsible to provide the certificate.
Please anyone respond to this and provide me the process to download my certificate.
