Hi I'm trying to access windows store with my institutional account but keep getting the above error.
Also unable to install any specific app that the institution has access and has has allowed it's users to install on their personal device

also get this error on trying to install an app

Hi,
Please check if the settings are same below:
location in Clock.language and region\Region\Formats\Format and Clock.language and region\Region\Location\Home Location.
Meanwhile, it may be related to your system files.
Check for update, if we could find new security update, please install them firstly to check.
