ADF how to connect REST API with 3LO redirect uri

Hi, I have to connect REST API with Oauth2 -> 3LO, need assistance.
First approach: start: webactivity with redirect url -> output access_token handover -> copy activity -> error 403
(using Postman works fine)
How to generate and verify my callback url, where do I get mine?
In general or to verify: which activities must be used with ADF pipeline, which order to follow up, how to parameter/configure activities (headers,body)? Any ideas welcome (customized function is no option). Thanks
