Is there only one specific user in question?
Are all notifications out of sync?
There are many reasons for this problem, such as app versions, notification settings, cache issues, and device modes. Please try the following possible solutions:
- Make sure you have a high-speed and stable internet connection.
- Clear the MS Teams cache on your phone and laptop.
- Make sure you have the latest version of Teams installed on all devices.
- Sign out of the Teams desktop and web app, and make sure you’re signed in to the Teams app on your phone. Have someone send you a message or initiate a call and wait for the alert to go through.
