I have an iPhone 13 with the Authenticator app and it works 100%. I’ve just bought a new iPhone 15 and downloaded the Authenticator app and setup my account. I can’t figure out how to remove my account from the iPhone 13 AND the Authenticator 6 digit codes only go to my old iPhone nothing comes up on my new iPhone. I’ve googled and none of the fixes online are working.

Hi, really the best way to do this is to use the old phone to logon to the websites that you have profiles for in Authenticator, then add the new phone as MFA method using Authenticator app on the new phone. Once you verify it works with the new phone, remove the old MFA partnership in that website of the original phone.
