Hello,

Today i check many of our Webapp have this configuration, and i have some question :

  1. Is the webapp have FTP enabled on this webapp?
  2. When i try access using WinSCP, the result id timeout. So this mean the FTP is disabled?
  3. What username and password for this FTP if the FTP enabled? User's image

    Hi,

    It appears you are using incorrect FTPS endpoint FQDN and possibly incorrect username/password. Yes, FTPS is enabled.

    In the portal, please navigate to your web app -- Deployment Center blade, then click on FTPS credentials tab.

    Please test using the FTPS Endpoint URL shown, and use the Application Scope username/password. You can use the Copy button next to each box to copy/paste the three values into WinSCP.
