Do you mean you failed to send messages out and got a non-delivery notification with error message above? If so, as indicated in the error "smtp; 554 5.2.2 Mailbox full. Visit https://aka.ms/mailboxfull for more information.;STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:QuotaExceededException.MapiExceptionQuotaExceeded;", it's likely to be an issue related to the mailbox quota. Please try freeing up some space in your mailbox using tips in this link and then try it again. If issue persists, you'll need to contact your Exchange administrator to help check it further from the administrator's side.
