I completed MY AZ 104 Administration exam , I got mailed from microsoft "I passed " but in portal it is not showing

I written exam on 15 February , I completed the exam on that day and got mail from Microsoft I cleared exam. But till now it is not reflecting my certificate ( today 17 February) . Please help me to find my certificate.
