Can we Uninstall Windows Defender Antivirus Feature on Server 2019 when we have other Antivirus in place

Hi,

Can we Uninstall Windows Defender Antivirus on Server 2019 when we already have other Antivirus (SEP) already installed ?

What is the best way to do this on bulk servers ?

Are there any security related risks in Uninstalling windows defender antivirus feature?
