Reschedule AZ-900 Exam

Question

Today morning I had scheduled AZ-900 certification at 9:15 AM, I had completed all the procedure to start the exam. Before starting the exam proctor had connected and verified the details provided by me. Later he complained that the ID proof which I have provided is not in the correct format and raised a ticket regarding this issue and provided a case number and phone number to whom I can contact regarding this and ask for rescheduling, even though I have said that I can provide another ID proof. So, I have contacted the number which have been provided for rescheduling, but the person I contacted said that exam can't be reschedule and asked me to contact Microsoft for further help. So, can anyone please help me with this. Thanks in advance.........
