What License/How to share Power BI reports with people outside your organization who do not have a power bi, so they can view it on the web??

Hello, I'm currently on the Power BI free desktop version. I want to share Power BI reports with clients can access online who might not have Power BI. What Licenses would I need. Also, what's the best way to go about doing that?
