User Profile service failed the sign in - dual boot system

I have two boots for Windows 10 (all with the latest updates as of last week). Work Boot and Gamer Boot. My Gamer boot has stopped working with the User Profile Service Failed The Sign In message followed by User Profile Cannot Be Loaded. Safe Mode boots to the same issue. I am unable to do anything because I can't log in to my Gamer OS. Both boot drives use the same login information, same user, same pin.

I do have access to the Gamer Boot drive from my Work boot login. Is there anything I can do to solve this problem by deleting or changing a file on the Gamer Boot Drive? Both boot drives are SSDs, locked down on my mobo. If not, I can reinstall the OS on the Gamer Boot and keep my apps and data. How would I go about doing that? Insert Installation USB drive Restart the system Select the Gamer Boot Guessing the Installation drive will kick in and not ask for my pin?

I appreciate any assistance! JibsMan
