Issue in configuring the Microsoft Certificate Authentication

We have fo0llowed this link : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/authentication/how-to-certificate-based-authentication We have configured a certificate authority in one of the new VM (Azure Virtual Machine) and all the configuration and setup has been done in Azure – However we have stuck in testing the certificate. Hence we need further help in achieving the same. Hence we would require one of your support personal to schedule a call with us in performing the same. We need a personal who has hands on experience with Microsoft CBA. And also we have a request – we need a call to be schedule in the night time around 9PM or 9:30 PM as I shall include our Azure administrator for the call. I have been sending mail to Twinkle and Kanchan from past 2 days and none of them are replying my mails. Even you have been marked in the mail trail. I kindly request you to please do get this addressed and connect me to the support agent. None of the support agent are responding to the mails including the manager as well.
