Click Once application fails to fully launch when certain other applications are running

Our click once application runs fine if everything else on the workstation is closed. When certain other applications, including Amazon Music and Visual Studio Code (when VS Code has updates available), are running the main window for our application will not appear even though we can see that it is running in task manager. As soon as the other application is closed our application appears and runs as expected..

I think the main window may need some resources(files, assemblies, components and RAM space…) which are used by other applications or processes, to finish initializing. So please kindly check the codes and settings of your application (related to main window) and try to increase the space of your workstation. Also, please kindly try to create a new Windows Forms project and test it again to see if its main window appears correctly. Besides, could you share me some code snippets and this will be useful for me to check further.

2020-11-11T05:27:04.783+00:00 The issue is not related to memory or shared resources because launching the exe directly from Windows Explorer works every time. The issue only occurs when launching the click once appref file when those certain other applications are running. Launching the exe directly skips the update checks which we need to have in place when updates are released.
