Network issue during exam

Hello, Is there any way to reschedule my exam AZ-900? During check-in I spot that my internet connection suddenly slow down and it was around 1mb/s and I couldn't connect to exam. I tried to cancel or reschedule exam before official start, but I couldn't change it.
