Andy, could you provide more details about what you've tried and what failed? I don't have access to see what's available in Azure Stack but one option could be to backup the app service and restore from a zip file if Azure Stack has the option to restore from a zip.

We are using this template from .zip file but not sure what require to be change in redeployment in Azure stack.
I don't have access to see what's available in Azure Stack, do you see a backup/restore blade available? Can you share a screenshot of the portal?
